Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Every new company starts on Starter with a 14-day free trial and needs only an email address.
When can I upgrade to Professional or Enterprise?
After your first 14 days on Starter. This gives every team time to set up inspections and see the core workflow before adding more modules.
What is the launch offer?
Companies that register on or before 9 November 2026 get the Starter plan free for their first 2 months. One offer per company.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are charged 10 × the monthly price for 12 months of access — two months free compared with paying monthly.
How do I pay?
Online payment through Instamojo is being set up and is pending verification, so checkout is not live yet. To buy or upgrade now, contact sales and we will send an invoice.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid for one month or one year and never renew without your action.
Can I pay from outside India?
Checkout is in INR. If you need to pay in another currency or by bank transfer, contact sales and we will arrange an invoice.
What counts as a plant or user?
A plant is a manufacturing site set up in QCIN; a user is anyone with a login to your workspace. Customer portal users are not counted as workspace users.
