Terms of Service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms form an agreement between [Registered business name — to be added] ("QCIN", "we") and the organisation that creates a QCIN workspace ("Customer", "you"). By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to accept them on behalf of your organisation.
The service
QCIN is cloud software for manufacturing quality management, provided over the internet as a subscription. Features available to you depend on your plan as described on the Pricing page.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for all activity under your users' logins.
- Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Company admins control who has access to the workspace and with which role.
Plans, trial and launch offer
- Every new company starts on the Starter plan with a 14-day free trial. Upgrades to Professional or Enterprise are available after the first 14 days.
- Website launch offer: companies that register on or before 9 November 2026 receive the Starter plan free of charge for their first 2 months. The offer applies once per company and has no cash value.
- Paid plans are prepaid monthly or annually in Indian rupees at the prices shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.
- Plans do not renew automatically. If a paid period ends without renewal, access may be limited to viewing and exporting data.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use QCIN for unlawful purposes or to store content you have no right to store;
- attempt to access other customers' data, probe or bypass security, or disrupt the service;
- resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement;
- reverse engineer the software except where the law allows.
Your data
You retain all rights in data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload, including personal data of your employees, suppliers and customers.
Compliance responsibility
QCIN helps you run quality processes and keep records. Using QCIN does not by itself make you compliant with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485, FDA regulations or any other standard; certification and compliance remain your responsibility.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and improve or change features; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a prepaid period.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using QCIN at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, State for jurisdiction — to be added] have exclusive jurisdiction.
